Does SolarBox offer Click & Collect? Does SolarBox have a showroom?

While we don't have a showroom for you to physically view our products, we do have a fantastic warehouse in Port Melbourne, Victoria, where you can collect your orders with our convenient click & collect option.

Click & collect is highly recommended for larger and bulkier items such as solar panels, large batteries, and inverters. Not only does it save you shipping costs, but it also ensures a smoother and quicker process for both you and us.

When you choose click & collect at checkout, please note that we require up to 3 hours to process and prepare your order for pick up, if the item is in stock. Once your order is ready, we will promptly confirm the pick-up location, the designated pick-up window, and provide you with all the necessary details.

We kindly ask that you do not walk in off the street without a pre-arranged order for pick up. This is to ensure that we can efficiently handle all customer requests and provide top-notch service to each individual.

In the rare event that the item you ordered is not currently in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the lead time for your order. If you are unable to wait, we will gladly offer you a full refund. To avoid any inconvenience, we highly recommend contacting us via phone or email before placing your order so that we can confirm availability and ensure that we meet all your requirements.
