Shipping & Delivery

We aim to make shipping simple, reliable and affordable, with free freight available on orders over $150 wherever possible.

Most orders can be delivered under our standard free freight offer. However, some orders may require additional delivery arrangements due to the size, weight, destination or handling requirements of the shipment.

Free Freight on Orders Over $150

Orders over $150 are eligible for free freight where they can be shipped using our standard freight services.

To ensure we can continue offering free freight on the vast majority of orders, some larger, heavier or non-standard deliveries may require an alternative delivery arrangement or a contribution towards the freight cost.

This may apply where an order:

• Is oversized, particularly heavy or requires palletised transport;
• Requires a tailgate delivery or other specialised unloading equipment;
• Is being delivered to a residential address without suitable unloading facilities;
• Is being delivered to a rural, regional or remote location;
• Contains lithium batteries, dangerous goods or other items requiring specialised transport;
• Requires specialised or non-standard freight services; or
• Would otherwise incur unusually high freight costs.

Where this applies, we will work with you to find a practical and cost-effective solution. Depending on the order, this may include:

• Delivery to a nearby freight depot for collection;
• Delivery to a commercial or business address with suitable forklift unloading facilities; or
• A request for a contribution towards a subsidised freight charge.

Our intention is not to pass on the full freight cost wherever possible, but rather to find a reasonable delivery option that allows us to maintain our free freight offer across the majority of orders.

Freight Charges & Checkout

Due to limitations in our online checkout platform, it is not always possible to identify every non-standard freight requirement or calculate every additional freight charge automatically at checkout.

As a result, an order may occasionally be accepted with free or standard freight at checkout but require additional delivery arrangements once we review the shipment.

If this occurs, our team will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options and any applicable subsidised freight charge.

If you would like to be certain that your order qualifies for free freight, particularly for a large, heavy, palletised, dangerous goods or regional delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to confirm the freight arrangements.

Orders Under $150

Orders under $150 may incur a freight charge. Any standard freight charge available through our online store will generally be displayed during checkout.

Large & Palletised Deliveries

Large products such as batteries, inverters, energy storage systems and other bulky equipment may need to be shipped on a pallet or skid.

For these deliveries, a commercial address with a forklift or suitable unloading facilities is preferred. Where this is not available, we may arrange delivery to a nearby freight depot or discuss another suitable delivery option with you.

Tailgate delivery and other specialised delivery services may incur an additional charge.

Large or palletised items cannot generally be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Dangerous Goods

Some products, including certain lithium batteries, are classified as dangerous goods and must be transported using approved freight services.

Dangerous goods requirements may affect the carrier used, delivery timeframe, available delivery locations and freight cost. Where additional charges or delivery arrangements are required, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch stocked items as quickly as possible. Dispatch and delivery times can vary depending on product availability, order size, destination and the freight service required.

Some products may also be dispatched directly from a supplier or another warehouse where this provides the quickest or most practical delivery option.

If there is a significant delay or availability issue affecting your order, our team will contact you.

Delivery Timeframes

Freight transit times are estimates only and can vary depending on the destination, carrier, shipment type and circumstances outside our control.

We recommend allowing sufficient time when ordering products required for scheduled installations or projects.

Our Freight Carriers

We work with a range of major Australian freight and logistics providers and select the most appropriate carrier based on the products being shipped, destination and delivery requirements.

Our carriers may include:

• StarTrack;
• Australia Post;
• FedEx;
• Team Global Express;
• Northline; and
• Other specialist freight and dangerous goods carriers where required.

The carrier used for an order may vary depending on the shipment and delivery location.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your email address, phone number and delivery details are correct when placing your order, as these details may also be provided to the freight carrier to assist with delivery.

Click & Collect

Collection may be available for eligible orders from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

Please wait until your order has been confirmed as ready for collection before arriving, as some products may require preparation or may be held at another location.

Australia-Wide Delivery

We deliver throughout Australia using our network of freight carriers. Delivery options may be more limited for some regional and remote destinations, particularly for oversized products, pallets and dangerous goods.

We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store.
