Where do you ship from?

Most items are shipping from Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Occasionally some items such as Invicta lithium batteries will be drop shipped from the supplier.

How much does shipping cost?

SolarBox Australia offers free shipping for a large range of products across our store. Products of certain weights or delivery states will include a delivery charge. There is a calculator you can use in the cart area to get a shipping quote before checking out, or you can view our shipping rules here

What warranties do you offer?

Most products featured on our website include a warranty. You can view our warranty page here

Which shipping companies do you use?

Most of our orders we ship with Australia Post or Startrack. Some larger orders with items on a pallet will be shipped with TNT, Allied Express or TFM Xpress.

Do you have my item in stock?

We stock a lot of the common products on our store, however it's not possible to stock everything. For product availability you can call us, use the chat function or email SolarBox directly at: sales@solarboxaustralia.au Alternatively if there is a delay on your order or your item is out of stock you will be emailed directly to let you know. Some items will be ordered in for you, other items will be drop shipped directly to you from our suppliers.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, if you would like to pick up your order from our Warehouse in Port Melbourne you can select Pick Up at the checkout process. Please allow at least 2 hours and we will contact you when the order is ready. If you need the product urgently please call us prior to ordering to ensure we have it available for you.

Do you offer Bundles or Packages?

If you are after a combination of products please let us know and we can create a unique bundle discount code and provide product lead times prior to ordering.

Do you have a Showroom?

No. Unfortunately SolarBox is an online store only. We do have a Warehouse in Port Melbourne to assist with pick up orders. But it is not a Showroom.
